WOMEN IN MINISTRY
"Women in Ministry" (WIM) is the term we use for the women's ministry at Havenhouse and it includes all the ladies of Havenhouse. All Christian women are ministers and we are always open to Christ-led ministry ideas that follow our WIM guidelines. The same Holy Spirit that Jesus gave to His first disciples, He has given to us today, and He prompts all of His daughters to be ministers of His life an love wherever they go and in whatever they do.
WIM has both "corporate gatherings" and "small group ministries". Our corporate gatherings include events such as retreats (one-day and weekend retreats), teas, breakfast gatherings, worship nights, etc. None of these are ongoing, and we plan them as the need arises. Our desire is to be led into all events by the direction of Jesus' Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Head of the church and we seek to be led by Him in all that we plan for the ladies of Havenhouse.
Our "Small Group Ministries" consist of Bible Studies, Life Groups, community outreach projects, Lit Lovers' Book Club, book studies, etc. These are available as different leaders in the congregation offer them. As with the corporate gatherings, our leaders offer small group ministries that are on their hearts, and within their capabilities, to lead. These small groups are ever-changing and new groups are offered regularly.

- FOSTER a stronger desire for fellowship among women.
- REACHING OUT--Opportunities for women to express their faith through action.
